Bug fixes:
Fixed bug in external batch rendering.
Fixed bug in Illumination pass and color bleeding.
Fixed crash bug with occlusion obeying transparency.
Made the prepass to be executed only once per renderlayer rather than
once per renderpass.
Fixed command line region rendering.
Removed unnecessary output for when the license server could not be
found during normal maya work.
Fixed problem when connecting blend shape attributes to shaders.
Made the bake layer system more reliable.
Fixed problem when using FG and surface transfer.
Removed prepass layers in exr-files.
Fixed crash bug when doing Final Gather pass and normal pass in
