High-precision 3D modeling and photorealistic product visualization of the complex organic Axor Starck V borosilicate glass faucet, originally designed by Philippe Starck. As a creative experiment, the strict, high-end minimalist design was reimagined with a custom street-art twist, featuring engraved and painted graphic elements on the metallic bases. This project was a rigorous exercise in organic Sub-D modeling, fluid volume recreation, and complex refractive physical shading. Rendered completely "raw" with zero post-production or 2D manipulation.Technical Features: 100% Subdivision Surface topology (quads-only mesh). The core challenge was capturing the perfect hydrodynamic flow of the glass vortex spout and the twisted water simulation. Accurate physical thickness (Shell modification) was applied to the glass geometry to achieve precise light refraction, seamless mesh density, and complete elimination of black-edge distortion and intersection artifacts.Detailing: Features custom edge-loop control on the open-spout borders to maintain sharp structural definition under subdivision, combined with a precise custom unwrap for the street-art graphic elements and custom engravings.
