High-precision 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering of the iconic LC4 Chaise Longue, originally designed by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, and Charlotte Perriand (1928) and manufactured by Cassina.
This project was focused on pristine industrial detailing, mechanical component construction, and flawless structural subdivision topology.
* Technical Features: 100% Subdivision Surface topology (quads only). The complex anatomical curve of the chrome frame was modeled to ensure smooth surface reflections, sharp specular highlights, and zero shading artifacts.
* Detailing: Features fully modeled steel support structure, base frame with non-slip rubber casings, tension springs, and under-mattress support straps with realistic buckling and eyelet integration.
* Look-Dev: Configured with precise Material IDs for accurate shading distribution across polished metallic surfaces, matte frames, and soft elements.
* Software: 3ds Max | Corona Renderer
