Предварительно просмотреть референтный материал с планировками (дом на участке соседа) и учесть пожелания заказчика: "As for the units, the building would have two units. The first unit would be on the first floor and the second unit would take the second and third floors. I am thinking that the first floor unit would be two bedrooms with one bathroom. The other larger unit would have three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom should have a walkin closet.
