ну есть такая штука - пресет. например ты сделал классные настройки визуализации. хоп сохранил пресет, и в другом файле сможешь его использовать.. или например ты сделал на ткани хорошие настройки например шелка, хоп.. сохранил пресет, открыл новую сцену, и новую ткань.. и бац подгрузил пресет шелка.. все.. все настройки той ткани, теперь на новой.. короче пресет это сохранение совокупности настроек чего бы то ни было

Народ почему когда я создаю слой и кидаю в него геометрию , у меня не меняеться например цвет сетки , нет возможности отобразить объекты слоя как Bounding Box убрать Shading итд . В общем практичести все опции которые можно покрутить в атрибут эдиторе . Однако скрыть объекты слоя я могу как через Layer Editor , так и через атрибут эдитор .

И ещё один пунктик. Есть вот инструмент Сut Face , плоскостью которого нужно управлять. А можно ли плоскостью одного объекта добиться эффекта этого самого Cut face на другом объекте?

Вообще пытаюсь понять назначение инструмента, вроде полезная штука, но до конца не понимаю что-то.
К примеру я сделал куб, в режиме Smooth Mesh Preview заострил грани (весь бок). рис_1. На рис_2 видно нормали ребер, я предполагал что он так же сделает сглаживание 0, для ребер, для лучшего результата.
В результате, там не настолько все гладко как хотелось бы. Что бы добиться нужного результата, я конвертирую Smooth Mesh Preview в poly, и для тех же ребер ставлю hard edge. (рис 3)
Кстати, почему при работе с Crease Tool пишет максим value=2? К примеру в скрипт эдиторе вроде видно и больше значения присваиваются для вершин, если я ничего не путаю, я не очень в нем...
