Out of sync after export!

The problem is that if the video has more than 15 minutes of gameplay with sounds, or something else, then after rendering the audio track "shifts", it turns out that the longer the video, the later the sound is heard after the actions. What should I do about it? Program for 2020 I think. I render in H.264-265. Even rendering through Voukoder produces the same thing.
