You can change the amount of color bleeding using the "Diffuse Reflectance" attribute found under the Turtle rool-out on the surface shaders. This will scale the photon energy at each bounce and can hence be used to increase or decrease the color bleading for each r,g,b channel.
For example, if you have a red wall that is causing to much red color bleeding, you can decrease the red component of Diffuse Reflectance to reduce the red color bleeding.
