мда, ави, это такая же текстура как jpg, tga, bmp, gif, tif, и остальная шняга, в материале объекта, нужно положить твой ави в качестве diffuse map, ну и для уверенности сделать материал 100% self-illumination, а вообще, за то время пока ты над такой ерундой бъешься можно было это все и хелпе найти, или книжки почитать, есл в сёрче максовского хелпа ввести "avi", то можно найти среди топиков следущее:
