The Midnight Release of the SPM License Server for all mental images products
gives the ability to run any of their application 'uncracked' and just
like a real official user would. This means, XSI 2.x, mental ray for 3ds max,
and mental ray for Maya will work without any cracks or patching to the
clients. It also means you can use any of these tools on ANY of the
platforms available (including Linux and IRIX for XSI 2.x, in addition to
HP-UX and Solaris for mental ray rendering nodes).
