normalmap+specular

Совершенно не разбираюсь в этом вопросе- но потребовалось приобщиться к созданию персонажей и для игр...
Всё создано уже (модель и текстура colormap в DDS DXT1).
Осталось вторую текстуру -как в названии "normalmap+specular DDS uncompressed ARGB".
Подскажите- как это делается. Может ссылку на тютор какой (инглиш, русский- неважно)...

вот неплохое пояснялово на тему Normal Mapping, только про карты блеска там нет ничего, и генераторы Normal карт несколько тормознутые, но в целом информация очень полезная.
