Living in isolation high in the mountains on the tops of the tallest trees, Aarakokras, sometimes called "bird people", cause fear and surprise. Many Aarakokras are not even natives of the Material Plane. They come from a world that is very far away — from the vast expanses of the Elemental Plane of the Air.
