There is no "too." Agressively improving BMRT is now my full-time
job, and I'm not the only one engaged in that noble pursuit.
An 'interim' release, version 2.6, will be out in another week
or so. That's just some small stuff, including subdivs, better global
illumination, compiled shaders on NT. Bigger stuff is coming
down the pike. Somebody said "things are moving elsewhere."
Rest assured, they're moving much faster here. We're just not
quite ready to reveal it all.
