Designed project "Camellia" is located in the part of Sochi that is most attractive for holiday rest. It is situated in the area of ​​spa facilities, between the main street of the city - Kurortny Avenue and along the coast. The hotel which will consist of 200 comfortable rooms will be in the re-created historic part of the complex. It will be managed by Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts and meet international standards. There also will be restaurants, bars, cafe, fitness center, beauty salon, spa and congress hall in the hotel. Surrounded by landscape garden there will be built the complex of residential apartments for an extended-stay, fully provided with the entire infrastructure of the hotel. The project is included in the "Program of construction of Olympic objects and development of Sochi as a mountain resort," approved by the Government.
