Dear Digimation Customer,
As many of you may know, one of our partners, REM Infogrбfica, has recently closed its doors and gone out of business. Although we know that the software market can be very volatile at times, we are very sorry to see this happen. REM created many fine products and they will be missed.
While REM never released 3D Studio MAX® R3 versions of its products, Digimation has discontinued the sale of REM Release 2 compatible plug-ins due to the fact that they must be authorized prior to use, and it has now become impossible to do so.
Although REM's closure was beyond our control, we still feel responsible to our customers, therefore we have implemented the following policy for owners of REM products.
For a limited time, Digimation is offering a product migration for REM customers regardless of where or when the product was originally purchased. In order to qualify, you must return a legible copy of the manual cover of your REM product, along with payment, before the close of business on January 31, 2000.
