MeshWorks for rhino 3

anybody has this plugin for rhino 3?

Why MeshWorks? Try latest Bonus Tools from ftp://ftp2.rhino3d.com/pub/rhino/3.0/misc/rh30bonustools_20041013.exe
It has many useful tools for meshes. Almost all the Bonus Tools are included with latest Rhino4 (still WIP, even not beta, so don't try to work with it!)

do you know another plugin called Point cloud?
