Microsoft has released a new color management control panel applet that allows you to install, uninstall, view, and compare ICC color profiles. It is available from this download page <http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=1e33dca0-7721-43ca-9174-7f8d429fbb9e&DisplayLang=en>, which provides instructions and also checks for "genuine windows" before allowing a download, or you can get the file directly from here <http://download.microsoft.com/download/3/b/a/3bac80b2-24a9-4a92-b87d-977b540b2e9c/WinColorSetup.exe>.
The readme file claims that several MS programs use profiles, including IE and MS Picture and Fax Viewer, which seems contrary to my experience.
The profile viewer is very nice, by the way.
